Coffee Recipe: Jamaican Rum Coffee Cocktail
Here's to my favorite things all in one glass: coffee, bourbon, and rum. Cheers!
Ingredients: (cocktail shaker), cocktail cup
1/4 cup (1 shot) Jamaican rum
1/4 cup (1 shot) Bourbon liqueur
1 tbsp coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
1/3 cup (2 shots) ounces cold brew coffee
1 tbsp agave syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp of sugar (or brown sugar)
Rimmed glass with agave syrup, cinnamon, and sugar
Directions:
Add your favorite Jamaican rum, bourbon, coffee liqueur, cold brew coffee, sugar, agave syrup, and cup of ice into a cocktail shaker.
Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into a serving glass, rimmed with cinnamon and sugar.
Coat any extra foam from the mixture on top for extra flavor. (Feel free to sprinkle cinnamon on top and add a cinnamon stick as a garnish.)
Serve and enjoy!
