Coffee Recipe: Banana Cream Iced Coffee
For all of you who have a sweet tooth like me, I'm bringing you a banana split in your coffee cup.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Vanilla or Chocolate Flavored (Iced or Cold Brew) Coffee
Roaster: Bean Fruit Coffee
Blend and Origin: Nebilyer Valley | Papua New Guinea
Flavor Notes: Cocoa, Brown Sugar, Spice, Apple
Banana Cream/Shake
1 Banana (sliced)
1 Cup of Ice Cubes
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Tablespoon of simple syrup
Whipped Cream (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Banana Cream: Combine milk, banana slices, cup of ice, and simple syrup in a blender. Blend until you get a smooth, consistent texture.
Pour ice cubes into your serving glass.
Pour cold brew or iced coffee in the same glass.
Pour blended banana cream on top.
Swirl together.
Add your whipped cream on top. Spice it up by putting banana slices on top as a garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
